Eu2P E-LEARNING PLATFORM PRIVACY & SECURITY

1- PREAMBULE

This is the Privacy and Security Policy for the Eu2P e-learning platform users. It describes how we treat personal information received about you when you use our e-learning platform.

We are established and based in France. As such, this policy complies with EU and French data protection law. If you are resident outside the EU then we cannot confirm that our collection and treatment of personal data is compliant with your local data protection/privacy laws.

If you do not agree to your data being dealt with in the manner described in this statement then please do not submit your personal details. However, please note that where you do not submit personal details that we request your access to the services/materials offered by this website will be restricted.

Please read this Privacy and Security Policy carefully, because by using the Eu2P e-learning platform, you agree to its terms. This Privacy and Security Policy is a part of the Eu2P e-learning platform Terms of Use. This applies only to the Eu2P e-learning platform, and not to the websites of any other institutions, including companies, agencies or universities that are partners of the Eu2P Consortium.

We may revise this Privacy and Security Policy at any time. Nevertheless, important updates will be publicised to Eu2P trainees (e.g. email alert). The continued use of the Eu2P e-learning platform after this alert will mean you have agreed to the new terms.

2- ACCESS TO YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

Eu2P will create a trainee account for you on the e-learning Platform (provided that you are registered to a Eu2P training programme). This account will be associated with your first and last name as well as your application email.

Once connected with your platform username and password, you will be able to edit your username, password*, telephone, and account picture, if you need it. You cannot change your first name, last name or email on the platform, as it would be incoherent with our training registration data. Nevertheless, if you would need to update them (email change, marital status changes), please contact our Eu2P Central Office so that we ensure this information is propagated throughout our registration and training record files.
*: keep in mind you are responsible for minimal security requirement for your password (see Eu2P platform Terms of Use 5.2 Web accounts section).

During the training period, you will be associated with training progress data (time spent, progress, scores, marks for each online training you are registered to). These data are only accessible to you from your trainee account (and from the Eu2P office technical team upon request) and, partially, by the respective online training trainer team (for activity reporting/training management).

You have the right under the French personal data protection (French law from the 6th of January 1978 related to Information technology, files and freedom) as well as under the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation) to request details of personal information which we hold about you.

A small fee of 3 Euros will be payable. If you would like a copy of the information held on you, you should address your request to the Eu2P Central Office:
