THE ACADEMIC GOVERNANCE

The academic governance is composed of several pedagogical boards that manage and organise the whole Eu2P programme (Master, Certificates and PhD).

THE EDUCATION BOARD

The Eu2P Education Board is set up to insure whole programme (Master, Certificates and PhD) organisation and collaboration within the Eu2P Consortium.

Representatives dedicated to quality processes
Representatives dedicated to communication activities
Representatives dedicated to e-learning activities
Four representatives of the Eu2P trainees(*)

(*): The representatives of Eu2P trainees are elected among the Master and PhD enrolled trainees by Eu2P trainees themselves.

Main activities

To define and update the Eu2P Programme curriculum organisation and content
To review Master and PhD applications and to select trainees to be enrolled
To define and update the Eu2P Programme registration features
To facilitate project research placement opportunities across Europe
To define and update the Eu2P Programme quality policy
To treat any Eu2P complaint by a Eu2P trainee relating to the trainees' selection or to the overall organisation of the Eu2P Programme

THE EXAMINATION BOARD

The Eu2P Examination Board manages the Master, Certificates and PhD awards.

Main activities

To define and update the Eu2P Programme assessment regulations
To award the Eu2P Master, the Eu2P Certificate and the Eu2P PhD diplomas
To treat any Eu2P complaint by a Eu2P trainee relating to the overall assessment process

THE DOMAIN BOARDS

Seven Eu2P Domain Boards are established to run the applicants' selection in the corresponding Domain-related Certificate programme.

THE DOCTORAL BOARD

The Eu2P academic consortium is made of seven Eu2P Academic Partners, represented for the PhD programme by their doctoral schools, within the more global Eu2P network also comprising 17 Associated Members (15 pharmaceutical companies and 2 medicines regulatory agencies). Each of the Eu2P Academic Partners' doctoral school is represented by two appointed representatives who sit at the Eu2P Doctoral Board with full delegated powers from their local Doctoral schools. The Eu2P Degree-Awarding Doctoral Schools and research fields are detailed in the table below.

Main activities

The Eu2P Doctoral Board is in charge of academic issues, selection procedures, mobility tracks, administration, promotion, development strategy, legal matters, etc.

Depending on their worries, questions, complaints, or need for information, doctoral students are invited to contact the Eu2P Central office.
